Cheyenne 6x6 RC Crawler RTR 1/18th Scale
A six-wheel off-roader
Well, it doesn't come any stranger than this! But hang on, there's a method behind the madness. The Cheyenne's 6x6 drive system and independent, intermediate axle boss the steepest slopes and roughest terrain. This is further enhanced by the very efficient multi-link suspension system and scale high grip clip on soft tires.
Water-Resistant Electronics
Negotiate water crossings and wet terrain with ease of mind, since the car's internal electronics are all water resistant and suitable for wading. This makes for some great video material.
Extended Chassis Beams
The Cheyenne is equipped with the same rigid ladder frame chassis design as existing RocHobby models. For the Cheyenne, the rigid metal chassis beams have been extended to accommodate the longer wheelbase design of the 6X6 drive system.
Precise Steering
This is a typical "drag link" type assembly complete with a powerful waterproof 9g servo in place of what would normally be the power-assisted steering box on the actual vehicle.
Low Center of Gravity
Thanks to the vehicle's widebody design, the Cheyenne has a low center of gravity that results in tremendous balance.
