Hobby Zone wants to reward you for shopping with us. You can earn points by creating an account, and for every dollar spent, along with Double Point Promotions, and other surprises along the way!
And it's so easy! No need to sign up to collect points. And no need to log into your account to collect points. You DO need to create an account and access your account when you are ready to redeem your points or to check your points. We've made it as easy as we could!
There are three tiers with Silver being the basic tier, followed by Gold and Platinum tiers. Customers are automatically promoted into higher tiers as their purchases meet the criteria over the past 12 consecutive months.
Each tier has a full set of rewards options. Some examples of rewards are "$50 Off Order", "10% Off Subtotal", and "Accelerated Shipping On Order".

How do I join?
If you have placed an order on our website since November 7, 2017, then points are accruing. There is no separate registration process for the rewards program. When you are ready to redeem your points, you will need to create an account (using the same email address you've used for orders) so you can see and redeem your accumulated points. Customers who have placed over $100 in orders from May 1, 2017 to November 6, 2017 and who already have accounts in place have had some "seed" points added to their accounts. 1000 points are awarded to new accounts.
How do I check my points and redeem rewards?
Login in to your account. In the account menu, click on "Loyalty Rewards". You will be able to view the log of purchases that resulted in points, points that are available to be redeemed for rewards, and rewards that are still to be used.
When are my points available for use?
Points are pending for 30 days (15 days for Platinum Tier) after an order is placed. You will not be able to redeem points for rewards during the vesting timeframe.
Can I save my points and redeem them for more than one reward?
Yes! You can redeem your points at any time after the vesting timeframe. And depending on the type of reward, you can use multiple rewards on orders. Once you have redeemed points for rewards, they will expire within the specified timeframe.
What are the rewards?
The rewards range from coupons that give a dollar value off the order to coupons that give a percentage off the order subtotal to coupons that give accelerated shipping and more. Some rewards can be stacked on orders and some can not. For example, rewards for dollars off can be stacked but rewards for a percentage off can not be. Higher tiers have a more aggressive set of rewards. Rewards are subject to change at any time.
Conditions of Use
Rewards points are only available to Hobby Zone account holders. Rewards points may only be earned and used for online purchases at www.hobbyzone.com and are non-refundable. Rewards points are not exchangeable for cash and have no cash value.
